Undergraduate and postgraduate students and research scholars enrolled in recognized universities or institutions in India and abroad can apply for the India Space Lab Internship. Participants will work closely with various verticals, divisions, and cells of Space and receive training in Drone Technology (Air Taxi), CanSat and CubeSat (Student Satellite), Space Entrepreneurship, and Astronomy. Applicants must apply online by completing the registration form.
Designation of Intern: Space Tech Entrepreneur Intern
The winter internship has a total of 845 available seats. Selection shall be conducted on a merit basis, determined by the candidate's performance and marks attained in the Examination.
Registration for the winter internship and training program will open on
October 25th at 3 PM.
The online application link is open from 25th October - 27th November till 11:59pm.
Shift 1 :
Exam Date: 30th November at 2pm to 3:30pm
Shift 2 :
Exam Date: 1st December at 2pm to 3:30pm
Application fees may apply: ₹750.
Students with an annual family income of INR 8 lakh to 10 lakh
Application fees may apply: ₹350
The exam will be based on Intermediate Mathematics and Logical
Reasoning. It will
consist of 35 questions; each question will carry two marks and total duration of the exam is
1 hour 30 min.
Note:
The results will be announced on December 5th, and training will commence on December 7th.
Both the exam and training will be conducted online.

V) Project focused on Technology and Official Works: 8th January to 15th January
The internship training program will offer lateral entry for officials,
faculty, research
scholars, and students interested in technology or various projects. Participants can
select the technology they wish to learn and join the ongoing sessions.
Important: Individuals who join through lateral entry will not be
classified as part of the
internship. Instead, they will receive a certificate upon completing the training
program
Registration for Lateral Entry : Does not involve an examination process
India Space Lab is pleased to announce an opportunity for officials, faculty, research scholars,
and students to engage in lateral entry into their preferred technology areas. This initiative
does not involve an examination process. Participants will receive a training certificate upon
completion rather than an internship certificate.

Following the successful India Space Week event held from August 12 to 18 and an
Advanced Drone (Air Taxi) workshop conducted across universities, the India Space
Lab has launched a winter internship and training program for all students.
We are pleased to invite all students and research scholars to participate in winter
internship program. This program will cover advanced drone (Air Taxi technology),
space entrepreneurship, CanSat and CubeSat (student satellite) development,
astronomy, and work with the official training sessions. The primary aim of this
winter internship is to enhance space education and analyse routes for
technological advancement.
